What are the membership benefits?Members will receive many benefits including discounted court fees, advanced booking window, discounts on open plays, clinics, matchplay, and socials.

Do members have to pay court fees?Yes both members and non-members have to pay court fees to reserve courts. Members receive early access to book courts and the lowest court rental fee. The court fees to reserve a court for one hour are $14/members and $28/visitors. This translates to $3.50/member/hour and $7/visitor/hour.

Do sponsorships opportunities exist?We will be offering sponsorship opportunities including for each of our eight courts, our monthly tournaments, medal podium, and etc. Each sponsorship will be exclusive in their category and to not compete with each other. Where is Better at Pickleball Chula Vista located?Our pickleball facility is located in the Eastlake area on the campus of the beautiful Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Center at 2800 Olympic Parkway, Chula Vista, California 91915.

How do I signup?Our brand new app can be found on the Apple Store and Google Play Store by searching 'Better at Pickleball' Use our branded app to signup for our our free visitor membership or purchase our $25 monthly or $275 annual membership as well as to reserve courts and register for events. Do I need a membership to play at Better at Pickleball Chula Vista?No, you do not need a membership to play at Better at Pickleball Chula Vista. Access is allowed to both members and non-members. Members receive early booking access (7 days vs. 48 hours) and significantly reduced rates. That being said, as we only have eight permanent dedicated pickleball courts, it is very possible that all of our courts will be reserved by the time non-members have access to book courts.

I know a friend who is a member? Can I piggyback on my member's account when they reserve court time?In the situation a member reserves an hour of court time for $14 but brings a visitor with them, the visitor will be required to create a CourtReserve account and sign the waiver and pay the difference in pricing between the member and visitor pricing when they arrive which is $3.50/hour.

What is the cost of the membership at Better At Pickleball?We have three memberships to suit your needs. One, free visitor membership that gives you access to everything we offer but at the highest prices and only two day advance booking. Two, $25 monthly membership that requires a $100 initiation with access to everything we offer with a heavy discount with an advance booking window of 7 days. Third, $275 annual option that waives the $100 initiation, gives you access to everything we offer with the same heavy discount, and the largest advance booking window of 10 days.
