Coronado Spring Swing Round Robin

Event Overview:

• Date: Saturday, May 11th, 2024
• Location: Coronado Island Marriott Resort and Spa, 2000 2nd St, Coronado, CA 92118
• Overall Format: The tournament will be a Round Robin, concluding with a Final.
• Round Robin Match Format: Matches will be a single game to 15 points.
• Final Match Format: Matches will be a best-of-three with games to 11 points.
• Medals: The top 3 teams will be awarded medals.
• Duration: Each division's play is anticipated to last between 2 to 3 hours.

DUPR Reporting:

All match scores will be reported to DUPR within one week of the event's conclusion.

1. DUPR Account Required: All participants are required to have an active DUPR account. A free account can be created at mydupr.com [https://mydupr.com] or by downloading the DUPR app.
2. Join the San Diego Pickleball Club: All participants are required to join the San Diego Pickleball Club on DUPR. Please submit your request to join here [https://mydupr.com/dashboard/browse/clubs/4774076057] or navigate to the “Play” section in the DUPR app or website to search for the club.  
3. DUPR ID: Please provide your DUPR ID to us via this Google Form [https://forms.gle/2HaMGPj5os58eF8WA]

• Tentative Schedule: Subject to change based on registration numbers and logistical needs. Updates will be communicated.
• Division Flexibility: Divisions may adjust to meet player demand, including potential age or skill categories not initially listed.
• Age Divisions: Age divisions will be formed based on sufficient demand per skill level.

• Inclement Weather Policy: Makeup date will be provided.
• Cancellation Policy: Full refund up to 1 week prior to the event date.
