Event Policies: 

• Division Combining Policy: In the event of lower registration in a division, age divisions will be combined first to maintain the integrity of skill levels. Skill divisions will be merged only if absolutely necessary.
• Refund Policy: We pride ourselves on having the best refund policy in the industry! Full refunds are available for cancellations made up to one week before the event. For more details, please visit our policy section on the website.
• Weather Contingency: We aim to hold the tournament as scheduled, but in case of inclement weather, a makeup date will be provided. We'll do everything in our power to ensure the event happens on the planned date.
